Lily Murariu

Director

Lily is an electrical engineer, with a master’s degree in Engineering Management, a Carer Development postgraduate degree, a master’s in Certified Vocational Professional, an executive certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Strategy, and a doctoral degree in Project Management (Université du Québec en Outaouais). Her research interest is focused on Business Technology Management (BTM) Leadership Framework and Governance models, Project management of innovation projects in the public sector.

Lily's work experience includes over a decade with the public service (central agencies, federal departments, research, science and technology agencies), academia, and consulting in the following fields: engineering, project/program/portfolio management, and senior management.

With extensive governance experience, Lily held positions with various boards of directors (IPAC- Institute of Public Administration of Canada, VRA- Vocational Rehabilitation Association, PMI- Project Management Institute) and at the global level with PMI.

A resident of Cantley for over a decade, Lily is interested in the needs of the community, conservation of the natural environment, with involvement with the Lions Club of Cantley, and with the economic development committee of the municipality.
